About Nellow

Nellow develops microelectronic AI and logic chips based on a technology using quantum materials and ferroelectricity. Its SPARK edge AI processor runs transformer and vision models on-device at low power, and the ORBIT SDK provides model import, an inference runtime and power profiling tools for deploying models on the chip.

Target applications include industrial defect detection, autonomous robotics, smart infrastructure and portable medical diagnostics. The technology results from 15 years of research at the Spintec laboratory and the Laboratoire Albert Fert. A development roadmap runs to 2035.

Nellow is a French SAS founded on 7 October 2024 and headquartered in Grenoble. It was granted 2.5 M€ by the European Innovation Council in January 2025 and is hiring for chip architecture and design roles in Grenoble, including internships and a PhD position.
