About Nke Instrumentation
NKE Instrumentation develops, manufactures and sells instruments for measuring and monitoring oceans and fresh water. Its range includes the WiMo multiparameter probe, which measures up to 20 water parameters, the WiSens Wi-Fi data loggers, Aquaread water-analysis instruments, buoys and instrumented stations, BGC Argo profilers, drifting buoys and the Ostara ambient air monitoring station. The InoView interface is used for real-time data visualisation.
The company sells its instruments to research and environmental monitoring users, and works with scientific institutions, including IFREMER on profilers for the Argo programme. It calibrates the products it sells in its own metrology laboratory and provides after-sales service and maintenance for the systems it supplies.
The company was founded in 2011, is registered in Hennebont and is based in Lorient, Brittany. It is part of nke Group, which includes the Aquaread subsidiary and which joined Satlink in a later announced integration. The company states that it operates in more than 30 countries.
