About Ncodin
NcodiN develops optical interconnect technology based on ultra-small lasers integrated on silicon, aimed at replacing copper links between chiplets in data center and high-performance computing processors. Its product, NConnect, is presented as an optical interposer for die-to-die communication.
The company targets chipmakers building chiplet-based processors for AI and high-performance computing. Its website describes the business as technology supply to these chip developers and lists verticals including AI, telecommunications, autonomous driving and high-performance computing.
NcodiN is registered in France with its headquarters in Palaiseau, and lists an additional Palaiseau-based role and a Santa Clara, CA / Portland, OR opening on its careers page. It was founded in 2023, and in 2025 it joined the FrenchTech2030 cohort. Its March 2026 press release reports a partnership with CEA-Leti to industrialise 300 mm silicon photonics for AI interconnects.
Product: NConnect optical interconnect technology: on-silicon ultra-small lasers for optical die-to-die links in chiplet-based processors.
