Molecule builds Molecule Labs, a platform where research teams keep verifiable data records, raise funding and access a legal route to equity. Labs store each upload as a dated, hashed version, offer public audit trails for funders, and let AI agents join as labelled members.
Molecule also runs a Coin-to-Company model, in which people contribute to early research and receive tokens, with a legal path for token holders to gain equity in the projects they support. Its MIRA tool rates project technology readiness from public material. Funders and reviewers can be given time-limited access to a Lab.
The company was founded by Paul Kohlhaas and is organised around a team with members in several countries.
