MobiCycle

MobiCycle OÜ builds governance tooling and publishes research on sustainability governance and environmental regulation. Its governance scorecard assesses board oversight, stakeholder engagement, disclosure quality and accountability, with the calculation published alongside each score. A governance assessment tool gives a preliminary read on a described governance position or litigation jurisdiction, with the sources it rests on.

The target users are sustainability officers working across several jurisdictions, legal teams handling environmental litigation, board members and researchers. Published work includes jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction court system guides for eWaste and pollution cases across Europe, books on eWaste regulation and circular economy policy, research papers on extended producer responsibility, and legal insights on environmental regulation.

The company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. Its work is built on Estonian digital identity, electronic signatures and open business registries.
