About Mideye
Mideye provides multi-factor authentication that adds a second login factor to VPNs, remote desktops and web applications. Methods include push, SMS, magic link, YubiKey and TOTP, verified against the customer's own directory over standard RADIUS without directory schema changes. It is offered as a hybrid cloud service, a fully air-gapped on-premises server or a cloud authentication API.
Its customers are enterprises, government authorities and mobile operators worldwide. Mideye Shield, a pre-authentication filter, and Assisted Login, which adds four-eyes approval for critical access, are also offered.
The business traces its origins to 1999, when Mideye started as an innovation cell at Ericsson Radio Systems. Mideye AB was formed in 2000 and became privately held after a 2003 management buy-out. Mideye Oy, the Finnish subsidiary founded in 2016, is headquartered in Espoo, and the company also has an office in Stockholm.
Product: Multi-factor authentication server (RADIUS-based, on-prem, hybrid cloud or air-gapped) with Shield, Assisted Login and a cloud authentication API.
