About Mhtech

MHTech combines a proprietary energy simulation engine with data analytics and engineering services to model decarbonised operations and their costs. Its customers are energy-intensive operators in road transport, industry and the built environment, and marine. Recent engagements include fleet decarbonisation studies for hauliers, an energy audit for an industrial facility, and charging infrastructure sizing for a freight project at Moss port. The company also collaborates with start-ups, providing development and strategy support.

MHTech was founded in Moss, Norway, in 2016 by brothers Ole Harald Moe and Anders Martin Moe. It describes itself as a Norway-UK start-up. The business began with electrification modelling for nearshore maritime and later expanded to onshore public transport and multi-sector decarbonisation.
