About Metail

Metail builds computer vision and machine learning products for the apparel industry. Its EcoShot product creates on-model images that let users of 3D CAD tools show their designs on real-life models; EcoShot launched in 2020 and is now owned by Tronog, which adds AI-generated models. Metail also offers the Metail Avatar System, which builds a 3D body scan from a smartphone and two photographs and powers the Size Stream mobile apps Formcut and MeThreeSixty, and Machine-Learning Advanced Motion Analytics for tracking sewing activity on factory lines.

Customers are brands and manufacturers in apparel and fashion. The company's listed capabilities cover 3D body modelling, 3D garment applications, on-model 3D outfit visualisation, AR and VR garment try-on, and fit and size recommendation.
