About Mimo

Mimo builds Mimo Associate, an AI system that runs recurring accounting workflows such as financial close, VAT returns, accounts payable, bookkeeping and payroll on top of clients' existing ledgers. It reconciles with Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent and includes invoice capture and payment runs.

Its customers are accounting firms, which subscribe per client per month on Associate, SME and Practice plans, with a published range of £26 to £89 per client per month and a one-month free trial. Pay-related usage above the included payment volumes is charged per transaction, and international payments carry a 0.45% FX conversion fee. Named customers include UK firms such as Green & Purple and Ryecroft Glenton.
