Inexchange provides cloud-based e-invoicing and business document exchange. Its platform connects companies and software providers to Peppol and other European e-invoicing networks through a single connection, with ERP integrations and an API for software partners. Customers range from small and mid-sized businesses to large enterprises and public authorities, and software vendors that embed e-invoicing into their products through the API. Customers quoted on the website include Kron International, Ragn-Sells and Accountor. The company is part of Visma. From October 2026, five Nordic e-invoicing companies in the group, Inexchange, Maventa, OWS, mySupply and efacto, operate under the single Inexchange brand.

Inexchange Factorum AB was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Skövde, Sweden, with offices in Östersund and Stockholm in Sweden and in Reykjavík, Iceland. The website reports more than 250 million invoices a year, over 350,000 connected companies, more than 300 partners and 13 market areas.
