About Mamu business

Mamu business Oy operates Restaurant Elm, a restaurant on the edge of Kaivopuisto in South Helsinki. It serves lunch and dinner throughout the week, with cooking guided by the seasons and inspired by Mediterranean roots.

The restaurant is run by chefs Carlos Henriques, Albert Franch Sunyer and Luka Balac, who also operate Nolla and Nolita. Sustainability efforts include partnering with local farmers and eliminating single-use plastic in the kitchen.
