Dr. Malek GmbH develops the M3 App, a mobile order management app for road freight transport. It handles shipment status, signed electronic proof of delivery, photo documentation, scanning, ETA/ETD, live-traffic navigation, vehicle tracking and driver-dispatcher chat. The app runs on smartphones, tablets, scanners and vehicle displays, and works with the company's M3 Logisticware transport management system or any other TMS.

Customers include freight forwarders, KEP (parcel) service providers, industrial shippers and wholesalers with their own road fleets. The app is sold in tiered service packages (BASIC, LTL/FTL PRO, Sammelgutverkehr PRO and PRO PLUS for individual workflows), with optional add-ons such as ETA calculation, loading control, departure control, equipment tracking and tour retrieval.

Named case studies include the wholesaler Zander, which equipped about 240 trucks and vans with Zebra handhelds running the M3 App for track and trace, and the ABF group, which uses M3 Logisticware for pharmaceutical deliveries. The M3 Appsync feature sends the same order to two devices in parallel, such as a smartphone and a vehicle display.
