About Lumera

Lumera provides policy administration platforms (SaaS) for group protection and defined contribution, defined benefit and hybrid pension schemes, along with data migration, customer empowerment data services and transformation consulting.

Lumera traces its origins to around the turn of the millennium under the name Itello, and it was founded in 1998 according to registry records. Its registered seat is in Oslo, and it has operations in the UK following its agreement to acquire Acuity, a UK pensions consultancy, announced in December 2025.
