About Leadhub
Leadhub is a Czech customer data platform (CDP) for e-commerce. It provides e-mail and SMS campaigns, automated scenarios such as welcome series, abandoned cart and browsed-product flows, customer segmentation including RFM analysis, and advertising audiences for Sklik, Google Ads and Meta Ads. The platform connects to Shoptet and to ChatGPT and Claude through MCP.
Customers are online shops, which the company describes as thousands of small and medium-sized e-shops. Revenue comes mainly from subscriptions priced by the number of contacts, with a free Starter plan up to 500 contacts and a Profi plan from 216 CZK per month excluding VAT on annual billing. SMS messages are billed per message. Implementation, training and campaign management services are sold at 1,500 CZK per hour.
Leadhub was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Prague. The company states that it sends over 100 million e-mails per month across Europe, with a reported deliverability of 99.98%.
