Products are distributed through specialist installation partners (Fachhandelspartner), and the website offers a partner finder and accessory range including buffer, hygiene and hot-water storage tanks. The company is presented in several language versions of its website, and the website names two legal entities: LAMBDA Wärmepumpen GmbH in Kirchbichl, Austria, and LAMBDA Schweiz GmbH in St. Margrethen, Switzerland.

The careers page lists open positions in Austria and Germany, including technicians, field sales representatives, software developers, a research engineer for semiconductor components for energy conversion, and warehouse and marketing roles. The website states that the company was a start-up that grew into a large enterprise, and that it was awarded in the Großbetriebe category at the Austrian Leading Companies Award in 2026.
