About Knif Audio

Knif Audio designs and manufactures professional studio audio equipment in Finland. Its main product is the Knifonium Modular FX, a 5U tube-based effects system with modules including a BBD delay, dual filter bank, dual phaser, dual mic preamp, headphone amplifier, sample and hold with envelope follower, and spring reverb. Components include Elma rotary switches, tubes, transformers and inductors. Individual modules such as the BBD delay are also sold as standalone units.

Customers are professional audio studios and pro audio users. Units are sold at list prices excluding VAT, duties and shipping, and some are made to order with delivery typically 1–3 months. North American sales are handled through GSF Agency.
