Leakomatic

Leakomatic makes water leak monitoring systems and automatic water shut-off valves. The range includes the M3i+ for houses, apartments and cottages, the Pro1 for multi-dwelling, commercial and public buildings, and the Pro-X for construction sites. Accessories cover monitoring of water-fed heating systems, dishwashers, drains and sewer lines, and frost protection. The valves can be controlled through an alarm system, and the product can be connected to a pulse water meter to show water consumption.

Customers include homeowners, housing associations, commercial and public property owners, municipal properties such as schools and care homes, unattended industrial buildings and construction sites. The company also works with insurance companies, whose customers may receive discounts or other benefits when a Leakomatic is installed. Products are sold through a webshop and a network of resellers.

Leakomatic was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Mariehamn, Finland. The company states that it has protected more than 20,000 properties and construction sites. Its website is published in Swedish.
