About Jerseymeieriet
Jerseymeieriet produces small-batch dairy products from milk from its own Jersey cows, including milk, cream, sour cream, butter, buttermilk, cultured milk, gelato and chocolate milk. Production combines modern equipment with handmade processes.
It sells through its farm shop and retail outlets, including grocery stores in Rogaland, Bergen, Sørlandet and eastern Norway. The farm shop also carries products from other local producers.
The company was established in 2021 on Herikstad Gaard near Bryne, where the owners have kept Jersey cows since taking over the farm in 2001. It describes itself as Norway’s only dairy with the Animal Welfare Label.
