About Itx Norge
ITX provides a cloud-based contact centre and CRM platform that brings phone, email, SMS, chat and social media messages into one interface, with all customer communication stored on the customer record. Modules include telephony, a ticket system, a dialer, reports, a calendar, customer satisfaction measurement, live shopping, screen sharing, a knowledge base, AI transcription and summarisation of phone calls, and an automated call robot. Integrations with other business systems are offered.
The customers are businesses that run customer service and sales teams. Testimonials on the company's site come from firms such as Schibsted Norge SMB and Elektroimportøren. The service is delivered as a cloud offering that requires no installation, and modules are selected to fit each customer's working processes.
