About Intelligent Motoring
Intelligent Motoring runs IM Connect, a platform that links car owners to products across the vehicle ownership lifecycle, including servicing, repairs, GAP insurance, breakdown recovery and extended warranty plans. Its consumer brand is MotorEasy, its B2B service is Warranty Assist, and its MotorAngel workshop trading platform manages a network of 10,000 garages nationwide. The company states that it has 1.4 million Digital Garage customer accounts. Minstersoft is its software development arm.
Customers include motorists, retailers, leasing companies, car dealerships, finance and insurance providers, and workshops. Partners can take white label and cobranded products, integrate offers into their own digital channels, and use data-led marketing. Revenue comes from products sold to car owners, both the company's own and partner-delivered.
Intelligent Motoring was founded in 2009 and is based in Reading, UK, where its contact centre operates. It has recruited telesales, telemarketing, warranty and insurance assessor, and customer service call handler roles.
Product: IM Connect platform with Digital Garage accounts, MotorEasy and Warranty Assist brands, and the MotorAngel workshop trading platform.
