About Guhring
Guhring Limited makes and stocks precision cutting tools for the metalworking industry, including drills, milling cutters, taps, dies, thread mills and reamers. It also offers toolholders, special tools made to customer drawings, re-grinding and re-coating, tool vending machines, shrink-fit systems and tool management.
Customers are engineering and manufacturing companies. Standard tools are supplied through leading tool distributors across the UK and Ireland, and an online shop is available. The standard stocked range covers 1620 products in over 44,000 sizes.
Guhring Limited was founded in 1973 as the first subsidiary of the Guhring Group, which traces its origins to 1898 and is German-based. The UK company is headquartered in Birmingham, where it has in-house capability to manufacture special tools and regrind and recoat tools. The group employs approximately 8000 people. Guhring Limited is ISO 9001:2015 accredited and is currently recruiting a Technical Sales Supervisor for its Birmingham team.
