About Giving

JustGiving runs an online fundraising platform that helps people raise money for the charities and causes they support. Its charity tools include campaign pages, Giving Checkout donation forms, fundraising reporting, digital services for fundraising websites and communications, and contactless giving by mobile phone.

Charities are the customers. A free Start plan includes fee-free direct donations through Giving Checkout, with standard payment processing fees of 1.9% + 30p and a 5% fee on Gift Aid reclaims. The paid Grow plan costs £15 or £39 per month plus VAT, depending on how much a charity raises each year. Donors can optionally make a voluntary contribution to support the platform.

JustGiving was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in London. The company states that over £7 billion has been raised for good causes and that it works with over 450,000 charities worldwide. It joined the Blackbaud group, a cloud software company, in 2017.
