About Flow Traders

Flow Traders is a global liquidity provider and market maker. It quotes bid and ask prices for financial products on stock exchanges where it is a registered market maker, and trades bilaterally with institutional counterparties, often through Request-for-Quote platforms. Asset classes include equities, ETPs, fixed income, index and commodity futures, digital assets, commodities and FX.

Its counterparties are exchanges and institutional market participants. The company runs a proprietary trading platform and a risk management framework built for automated trading. It also has a dedicated investment unit that invests in companies aligned with its mission.

Flow Traders has trading hubs in Europe, the U.S. and Asia-Pacific, and its job listings include Amsterdam, New York, London, Hong Kong and Chicago. Technology teams account for over 40% of its workforce. Open roles include quantitative researchers, trading, C++ and Python software engineering, and graduate and internship programmes. The Flow Traders Foundation works to fight poverty.
