About evolutiontlm.co.uk

MADIC UK develops the evolution software suite for convenience store and fuel forecourt retailers, including the evoPOS tills, evoBackOffice, evoHeadOffice and evoLite dashboards. It also builds custom software such as loyalty apps, payment and data import/export integrations, reporting systems and home delivery integrations.

Customers are convenience and forecourt retailers, from independent operators to larger groups. The company states it works with hundreds of retailers across the world, and that software solutions accounted for 96% of its revenue in 2017. Support is provided through its Support Hub, which opened in 2016.

The company was founded in 2010 in Bedford as Pump Maintenance. It was later known as TLM Technologies, was acquired by MADIC Group in 2019 and was renamed MADIC UK in 2023. Its offices are in Guildford, where the head office opened in 2020, and Exeter. It is hiring across sales, technical and engineering, customer support and software development, with hybrid working.
