About Exonar
Exonar builds data discovery software, sold as Exonar Reveal and now branded NOW Privacy. The product connects to an organisation's data sources, builds a single searchable index of structured and unstructured information, inspects file content for sensitive or risky data, and supports bulk classification and remediation through an API. Services cover integration and support, customer success and professional services, including training days, starter, scale-up and managed service packs.
Customers are large organisations in pharmaceutical, financial services and national critical infrastructure industries. The company sells its software together with deployment and services engagements.
Exonar was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Fareham, UK, with an office in Reading. The company has been acquired by NowVertical Group and is now part of it. Its earlier investors include Beringea, Amadeus Capital Partners, Winton Ventures and Downing Ventures.
Product: Exonar Reveal (now NOW Privacy): a data discovery platform that indexes and classifies an organisation's data for search, risk detection and remediation.
