About Escendency
Escendency Ltd develops OnwardsandUpwards, a cloud-based platform for tracking the progress of learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). It lets staff assess, evidence and report learning outcomes, track EHCP targets and personalised learning plans, and draw on a library of learning outcomes built by its user community.
The platform is aimed at schools and colleges. Its modules include a lesson planning function for setting objectives and recording formative assessment, and a universal forms builder for records such as behaviour and safeguarding. Access is controlled per user, with dashboards for senior leaders, teachers, teaching assistants, governors, parents and carers, and learners. The product is sold as an annual subscription of £2,940 with a one-off set-up fee of £3,000, and includes secure cloud hosting, backups, upgrades and unlimited user licences.
The company is based in Lancaster, United Kingdom, and was founded in 2004. Its listed contact for demonstrations is the company's sales lead, and it offers no-obligation demos.
Product: Cloud-based SEND progress tracking, lesson planning and universal forms builder platform for schools and colleges.
