Fairview International PLC

Fairview International PLC owns and operates two private independent schools in Malaysia, Fairview KL in Kuala Lumpur and Fairview Johor, both offering the International Baccalaureate programme. The schools are members of the Fairview Network, which also includes other schools in Malaysia and one in the United Kingdom. The Company's schools use centralised curricula support, teacher training, and procurement from the network.

The schools serve students aged 5 to 18, and Fairview KL also offers the diploma programme for 16 to 19 year olds. Fairview Johor focuses on the expatriate market in Singapore. The Company's stated strategy is to acquire underperforming private schools in the UK and Asia and to add them to the Fairview Network.

The Fairview brand was founded in 1978 and was acquired by Agodeus, a company wholly owned by the Chian family, in 2012. Fairview KL moved to offering the three IB programmes in 2010. Fairview International PLC was incorporated in the UK on 28 February 2024, with its registered office in London, and its shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
