About Electric Hydrogen
Electric Hydrogen makes PEM electrolyzer stacks and sells HYPRPlant, a standard electrolysis plant with 75MW to 120MW capacity that is delivered as a pre-engineered, integrated package. It also develops HYPRPower projects, which pair natural gas with CO2 capture and storage and fuel cell generators to supply firm power.
Customers include hydrogen project developers, data center developers and hyperscalers, refineries, and industrial buyers in steel, fertilizer, cement, chemicals and shipping. The company reports a project pipeline of over 3GW and a 1,500MW COD target by 2031, and it names utilities and power companies among its partners.
The company has more than 300 employees across the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, and reports over $700M raised from investors and banks. Its sites include a Pioneer Plant in San Jose, California, a gigafactory in Devens, Massachusetts with 1.2 GW per year of stack manufacturing capacity, and a fabrication facility in West Texas.
