About Easee
Easee makes smart electric car chargers for home, apartment block and commercial use, along with a control app, charging cables, and Easee Ready backplates for future charging points. Its products are designed and assembled in Scandinavia, and the company develops its accessories in Norway.
Its customers include homeowners, apartment block owners, companies offering charging to employees or customers, and installers, who can apply to become Easee installers through the website. Easee sells its chargers through installers and partners across Europe.
Easee was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Stavanger, Norway. The website states 145 employees, 8 offices and a presence in 18 countries, and says more than 1,000,000 chargers have been installed across Europe. Easee is hiring. A news item reports that Brødrene Jensen, a shareholder since 2019, acquired 100 percent of the company, with AWC providing financing and expected to become majority owner pending approval.
Product: Smart electric car chargers for home, apartment blocks and commercial sites, plus the Easee app, charging cables, and Easee Ready accessories.
