About E D F Trading
EDF Trading is a specialist in wholesale energy markets, trading power, natural gas, oil, LPG and environmental products, and through JERA Global Markets also LNG and Japanese power. It operates on an asset-backed basis, managing upstream and midstream assets and hedging exposures for its customers.
Its customers include the EDF Group and third-party counterparties. The company supplies carbon products, including EU Allowances and Certified Emissions Reductions, and power purchase agreements, and provides hedging services. It is a one-third shareholder in JERA Global Markets, a seaborne LNG and power trader.
