Diverge builds custom AI shopping assistants for online stores. The assistant recommends and compares products, builds product bundles, checks real-time store and stock status, lets shoppers manage their own orders, recognises products from uploaded photos, and hands off to live chat or a contact form with the conversation context. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento and to delivery and customer data systems.

Customers are e-commerce brands, with case studies published for Löplabbet, Intersport, Dilling and Humac. Work is delivered as tailored projects, and the company continues to optimise the assistant after launch.
