About Coda Octopus Martech
Coda Octopus Martech designs and produces electronic and electromechanical systems and prototypes. Electronic design covers analogue and digital design, data acquisition and signal processing, schematics and PCB layouts, firmware and software, instrumentation, control systems, automation and test equipment. Electromechanical work uses 3D CAD for designs ranging from small enclosures to test ranges up to 6 m long and cabinet design.
Customers come from military, marine and subsea, aerospace and commercial markets. Involvement can start at the conceptual stage or later at prototyping or production of fully designed products. The firm often works as an extension of customers' engineering departments when they lack capacity or face delays.
Founded in 1988, the company is based in Portland, United Kingdom, and is part of the Coda Octopus Group. Its in-house facilities cover design, manufacturing and support of electronic and mechanical systems. It is currently recruiting a Head of Engineering/Technical Director (Electronics), a Senior Electronics Engineer, and an Electronic Assembly and QC Technician.
