About Codel International

CODEL International designs and manufactures emissions monitoring instruments. Its main lines are continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for industrial stacks, process control monitors for gas, flow and dust, and tunnel sensors for road and rail tunnel air quality. It also offers ambient air quality monitoring systems and flow monitors.

Customers include power generation, combustion processes, road tunnel operators and process control users. Products are sold through a network of distributors and support centres worldwide, and the company offers maintenance contracts with 24-hour support.

CODEL was founded in 1982 and is based in Bakewell in the Peak District, where its products are designed. It joined the Forbes Marshall Group in 2014. The company reports over 10,000 tunnel instrument installations and 12,000 CEMS installations worldwide.
