About CNX Therapeutics

CNX Therapeutics acquires, licenses and commercialises specialty medicines for central nervous system (CNS) conditions, critical care and oncology. Its portfolio of 25+ products includes Latuda, Sativex, Panocod and several hospital injectable products such as ceftriaxone, meropenem and magnesium sulfate.

Its customers are healthcare systems and pharmaceutical partners in European and other markets. The company also offers co-promotion, revenue-sharing, in-licensing and out-licensing arrangements, and publishes dossiers of products available for out-licensing. It earns revenue from the distribution and commercialisation of the medicines it holds rights to.

CNX was established in 1997 as an R&D subsidiary of Sumitomo Pharma and became a standalone company after its acquisition by Inflexion in 2021. It is headquartered in London and states that it covers over 60 markets with about 70 employees.
