About Cgtech
CGTech, which sells under the Vericut brand, develops Vericut CNC simulation software. It creates a digital twin of a CNC machine to verify NC programs, detect collisions and reduce manual prove-outs. Modules cover multi-axis verification, post-processing (Icam Post), force optimization, drilling and fastening programming, composite programming and simulation, robot simulation, additive manufacturing simulation, machine probing and grinder dressing. The software works alongside existing CAD/CAM systems and is supported by a technical support team.
Customers are CNC manufacturers and machine shops in aerospace, automotive, industrial, machinery and tooling, medical, mold and die, oil and gas and defense. The company sells the software together with technical support and training for its users. It also runs Vericut User Exchange meetings for customers.
Vericut software has been offered since 1988, and CGTECH Limited was founded in 1998. The UK entity is registered in East Sussex, and the corporate headquarters is in Irvine, California. Offices are listed in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, China, India, Brazil, Singapore, South Korea and Canada.
