About Blue Shock Race
Blue Shock Race designs and manufactures electric go-karts. The range includes race karts for kids, junior, cadet and senior drivers, a leisure kart with quick battery swap for rental use, and a plug-and-play electric power unit that fits standard racing chassis. The company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Liepāja, Latvia, where its power units are developed. In January 2026 it signed an agreement with the Latvian Investment and Development Agency under an ERDF-supported programme for SME innovation, with the stated aim of increasing its export volume.
