About Bicom Systems

Bicom Systems develops PBXware, a multi-tenant telephony platform, together with gloCOM, a collaboration suite with desktop, web and mobile clients. Its portfolio also includes SERVERware for hosting telephony in the cloud and sipPROT for SIP security. Version 8 adds AI Voice Agents, multi-CRM integration, a real-time event publisher and CC Lite, a contact center add-on.

Customers are service providers that deploy the platform under their own brand, as well as call centers, small and medium businesses, enterprises and governments. The platform is sold as licences in three plans: Core, CX Lite and CX Pro, with contact center capability added in the higher tiers.

The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Greenford, United Kingdom. It states that it has worked in unified communications since 2003 and launched PBXware in September 2004. It has offices in Hollywood (Florida), Saint John (New Brunswick), Paris, Castelfiorentino, Zenica, Tuzla and Sarajevo, and its products have been deployed on every continent.
