bbbserver.de

bbbserver operates a hosted video conferencing platform built on BigBlueButton. The service adds scheduled and recurring meetings, custom invitation links, participant documentation, custom legal notices, RTMP live streaming to external platforms and branding with the customer's own logo, colours and domain. Integration with learning management systems and other enterprise software is offered through APIs.

Customers buy connection packages, and any number of team members can host conferences with their guests at the same time. A connection is reserved for each conference participant while a conference runs and is released when it ends. The pricing page offers a free test package with two connections, paid packages and a custom enquiry tier from 2 to 10,000 connections; the page names authorities, companies, school authorities and federal states as examples of enquiry customers.

The company is headquartered in Remscheid, Germany, and states that its servers, staff and company are located in Europe. Servers are rotated every 24 to 48 hours, and conference data is deleted after each conference ends. The management portal is available in five languages, and the conference interface supports more than 60 languages.
