About Bazaarvoice
Bazaarvoice provides a user-generated content platform that collects, moderates, displays and syndicates ratings, reviews, questions and answers, and customer photos and videos. Modules include Ratings & Reviews, Questions & Answers, Social Content Display and Syndication, Creator Marketing and User-Generated Content Sampling. Its Trust Mark marks content that passed sourcing, moderation and anti-fraud checks.
The customers are brands and retailers, which use the platform on their own sites and syndicate content to retail partner sites. Offerings are organised as Source, Display and Amplify and sold as packages for small businesses through enterprises.
Bazaarvoice was founded in 2006 and is registered in the United Kingdom, with its headquarters in Reading. It also presents offices in Austin, Belfast, Paris and Vilnius, and states that its network covers more than 12,000 brand and retail websites and more than 13,000 brands and retailers.
