About Aurealis

Aurealis Therapeutics develops cell and gene therapies using a platform based on genetically engineered Lactococcus cremoris. The bacteria produce multiple therapeutic proteins in diseased tissue.

Its lead chronic wound candidate, AUP-16, has completed a Phase 2 trial in diabetic foot ulcers. AUP-55 is a preclinical oncology candidate, while AUP-60 is in discovery for inflammatory diseases.
