About Arun Technology

ARUN Technology designs, manufactures, sells and services optical emission spectrometers (OES) and handheld laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) analysers for metal analysis. Its product range includes the ARTUS 8, ARTUS 10, MERLIN 4 OES instruments and the handheld CALIBUS LIBS analyser.

Customers are manufacturers and laboratories in foundries, scrap and recycling, oil and gas, aerospace, automotive and QC labs, served through a global network of distributors and service centres. The company is a Centre of Excellence for product sales, marketing, applications, technical and service support.

The company was founded in 1987 in Southwater, West Sussex, and moved to its headquarters in Manor Royal, Crawley in 2006. It has been part of the Focused Photonics Inc. group since its acquisition in 2016.

Product: Optical emission spectrometers (ARTUS 8, ARTUS 10, MERLIN 4) and handheld LIBS analysers (CALIBUS) for metal alloy analysis.
