About Arcona
Arcona carries out construction contracts, develops properties in its own name and offers aftermarket services after handover. Its method is Lean Construction, a collaborative approach in which the company designs and builds together with clients and suppliers from the early project stages.
Its customers are building owners and property owners, including municipalities. Arcona works mainly on collaborative contracts (samverkansentreprenader) across product areas: educational buildings, sports halls, retail, large projects, offices, hotels, and healthcare and research buildings.
Current projects listed include a 138-room Scandic Go hotel in central Stockholm, started in September 2026 and due in the second quarter of 2028, an office property in Hammarby Sjöstad for Mengus with 16,000 square metres and completion expected in 2027, and the conversion of Rönninge gymnasium into a special school for Salem municipality, due for the autumn 2027 term. The company operates in Greater Stockholm and Uppsala and has an open internship position for spring 2027 in Stockholm and Uppsala.
Product: Design-and-build construction contracts, property development and aftermarket services for non-residential buildings
