Forsen

Forsen is a Swedish project and construction management company. It provides project, design and construction management, including Construction Management (CM) with divided contracts, along with cost estimation, procurement, BIM, quality and environmental management, and installation management.

Its customers are mainly commercial and public property owners. The company describes itself as a project management firm rather than a builder: it does not build houses or undertake civil works itself, and it works with subcontractors linked to it over many years. Its website lists sectors including commercial property, housing, civil works (anläggning), industry and public property, and cites references such as a parking house in Solna and a defence-related project in Halland.

The company is headquartered in Stockholm (Sveavägen 53) and states it has offices in many Swedish locations, from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. It states about 200 employees and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification. Its open job listings cover project and construction managers in housing, civil engineering and railway, with locations including Umeå, Luleå, Norrköping, Göteborg, Skåne and Mälardalen.
