About Aptitude Software
Aptitude Software develops finance software: Fynapse, an AI-native finance ERP with a finance-controlled ledger, multi-GAAP reporting and continuous posting and reconciliation; eSuite, subscriber management software; and Aptitude RevStream, revenue recognition automation under ASC 606 and IFRS 15. Its compliance offering covers IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and IFRS 17. Services include implementation delivery, training, cloud deployment and support.
Its customers are enterprise finance teams, including global telecoms, manufacturing and media groups, and the company names banking, insurance, payments and SaaS as target sectors. It sells software together with professional services and support.
The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in London. It was spun off from Microgen Financial Systems in 2014, acquired Aptitude RevStream in 2017 and MPP Global Solutions (eSuite) in 2021, and opened a Singapore regional headquarters in 2017.
