About Aros Kapital

Aros Kapital provides structured financing to SME and mid-market lending platforms, including specialist real estate and corporate finance platforms. It also operates a direct-lending strategy focused on the Nordic market.

The group serves the Nordics, the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Structured financing is delivered through its London office, while Nordic direct lending is run from Stockholm and Gothenburg.

The group began operations in 2004 and launched its London structured-finance offering in 2020. Mellby Gård became a co-owner in 2015; the group is ultimately held by the family-owned investor.
