About Alt 21

Alt21 operates a multi-currency finance platform that brings international payments, currency conversion and FX hedging into one place. Businesses can hold and exchange across 30+ currencies, see their rate and Alt21's margin before committing, and set up forwards and options directly in the platform, with FX specialists available for support.

Its customers are SME and mid-market businesses that pay suppliers, receive revenue or run payroll across currencies. The company earns its margin on the spread between the rate it offers and the market rate, which it shows to clients before each trade. It reports more than 1,000 businesses on the platform.

Alt21 Limited is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, and Alt21 Europe Limited by the Malta Financial Services Authority. The company began building in 2017, is headquartered in the UK, and raised $21m in 2023. Its open roles are all in sales, for account director, account executive and sales analyst positions in London, Amsterdam, Dublin and Valletta.
