Altery

Altery offers multicurrency accounts in GBP, EUR and USD, with internal and bank transfers, currency exchange, and payments to Mastercard and Visa cards. Its services are available through a mobile app on iOS and Android and through the web.

Altery serves individuals and businesses. Business plans are priced at £50 (Starter), £100 (Pro) and £300 (Ultra) per month, with currency markups that decrease from up to 0.8% to up to 0.5% across the tiers. Business plans include local and international account details, SWIFT, SEPA and Faster Payments, and Visa company cards subject to eligibility. The company is launching through its regulated subsidiary Altery EU Ltd., which is authorised by the Central Bank of Cyprus as an electronic money institution; the platform is currently in early access.

Altery Ltd. is registered in London, where it is headquartered; the company was founded in 2009. Its international transfer service lists supported destinations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Africa and the Middle East.
