About Alliants

Alliants builds the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP), which pulls guest data from hotels' PMS, spa and F&B reservation systems into unified guest profiles. Modules include messaging across WhatsApp, SMS, email and web chat, AI-drafted staff replies, digital keys, payments, a guest app, kiosks and automations. The company also offers consulting services covering experience design, technology consulting, data and analytics, and service optimisation.

Customers are hotels and hospitality brands. Pricing is custom and quoted for a single product, several products or the full platform. Clients named on the website include Nobu Hospitality, Four Seasons and Muir.

Alliants was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Southampton, UK, with offices in Toronto and Budapest. The company reports 115 employees and over 250 clients. In 2026, dormakaba announced it will acquire Alliants.
