About Agriconnect
Agriconnect develops Cclair, a system for measuring flowering intensity and modulating thinning treatments in orchards. A camera acquisition unit mounted on a tractor photographs each tree at full flower and records its flowering density and GPS position. The Cclair web application processes this data into flowering density maps and zoned treatment maps, and thinning programmes can be applied automatically by GPS-guided sprayers.
Services are sold in three levels, named CARTO, AUTO and EXPERT, with the available tools depending on the level chosen. The customers are fruit growers who manage orchard plots and apply thinning treatments.
The company was founded in 2016 and is registered in Peyruis, France, as a simplified joint-stock company (SAS). Its website reports an average gain of €2,421 per hectare across tests carried out in 2017.
Product: Cclair: flowering density analysis and thinning treatment modulation for orchards, delivered via a tractor-mounted acquisition unit and a web application.
