About Adda

Adda is a Swedish public-sector procurement organisation. It runs framework agreements (ramavtal) for goods and services such as furniture, textiles, sun protection and waste containers, and publishes an annual procurement plan. It also offers training courses and the KLASSA tool, which supports public bodies in structured, risk-based work on information security, cybersecurity, data protection and AI.

Its customers are public-sector organisations in Sweden, including municipalities and regions, and actors in the welfare sector. The company works with SKR on forums for digitalisation, HR and user-driven innovation. Together with the Norwegian agency DFØ, it ran a cross-border procurement of cloud-based vulnerability scanning services, which received the Innovation Project of the Year in Public Procurement 2026 award.
